Stonelake Capital Partners has begun construction of this 17-story office tower in the Park Place District between Highland Village and River Oaks District. The project is reported to contain approximately 266,000 square feet of office space and 13,597 square feet of ground-floor retail, with an eight-level parking garage and ninth-floor outdoor terrace. The 2022 TDLR registration separately lists 543,200 square feet of total construction area, including garage space; that older filing is not an office-area figure.
