What we know
A roughly $50 million modernization of the existing 910 Louisiana office tower, formerly One Shell Plaza, is adding outdoor amenities and improving ground-level connections to surrounding streets. Downtown Houston's Q3 2026 report confirms work is ongoing; 2027 completion has been reported as a target.
