What we know
PA Hospitality is developing a six-story, 153-room AC Hotel by Marriott at 10752 Town and Country Way near CityCentre. Anchor Construction confirmed work underway in June 2026. Designed by DLR Group, the approximately 85,810-square-foot hotel includes a pool, bar, fitness facilities and meeting space. The contractor’s release describes a $19 million development and a late-2027 delivery target.
