What we know
Southeastern Company broke ground in October 2025 on a seven-story, 330-residence apartment complex at the former 'Disco Kroger' site. General contractor Arch-Con confirmed topping out on July 20, 2026; finishing and fit-out remain ahead of an anticipated late-2027 opening. The 528,734-square-foot figure includes residential and structured parking, not purely leasable space.
