What we know
Market Square Companies and Tenon Property Company are redeveloping the former Schlumberger office campus into Ashford Yard, a 12.7-acre dining, retail and entertainment district around shared green space. Current project marketing lists approximately 90,000 square feet of experiential retail, offices and restaurants and a proposed 350-apartment component. The website advertises an initial November opening, while individual tenant schedules extend into 2027. The residential component is proposed separately from the commercial work now underway.
