Autry Park One is a six-story boutique office and ground-floor retail building at 3712 Autry Park Drive, developed by Hanover Company and LOCAL. JLL reports approximately 127,651 square feet overall, including 116,120 square feet of office and 10,500 square feet of retail; the larger 145,000-square-foot TDLR core-and-shell registration may include other measured areas. Construction and tenant build-outs were documented through 2026. Completion dates remain forecasts, not proof of occupancy.
