What we know
The Birdsall is a 34-story hotel-and-residential tower within the 17-acre The RO development. It includes a 105-room Auberge Collection hotel and 44 private residences, plus membership and hospitality amenities. Transwestern confirmed construction began November 2025, with an early-2028 arrival now advertised by the residences website. This is a distinct named component of the larger The RO development already tracked.
