What we know
Alliance Residential is building 388 apartments on 14.64 acres within Newman CRE’s Gosling Oaks district near The Woodlands. Construction was confirmed underway in August 2026. The first residences were expected to open in December 2026, a partial opening forecast rather than proof of full completion. The surrounding mixed-use development has separate commercial phases.
