What we know
A proposed 24-story, 531,000-square-foot apartment and retail tower at 5610 Greenbriar Drive, identified in a September 11, 2026 Texas TDLR registration with an estimated $170 million construction cost. Chaucer Eat LLC is the listed owner and Ziegler Cooper Architects is the design firm. The university relationship and groundbreaking remain subject to verification. The filing lists December 15, 2026 for planned construction start and September 15, 2029 for projected completion; these are scheduled dates, not actual milestones.
