What we know
Multi-phase redevelopment of the existing approximately 610,000-square-foot GreenStreet retail and office complex in Downtown Houston. Rebees and design firm RIOS are repositioning storefronts, public passages, restaurant areas, terraces and common areas; the complex remains open. Construction and individual tenant works continued during 2026, although earlier announced first-phase portions may already be finished. The total square footage describes the existing property, not new construction.
