What we know
Proposed Ritz-Carlton hotel and residential tower at 2120 Post Oak Boulevard. A June 2026 TDLR filing described approximately 979,800 square feet and $290 million in estimated cost. Despite a previously planned September 2026 construction start, developer interviews published November 1, 2026 indicate groundbreaking was still approaching, not yet completed. Later reporting describes approximately 45 stories; the project is not classified as under construction.
