What we know
Moody National Development’s 346-apartment first phase is rising at the former Shadowdale grain-elevator site in West Houston. Recent Arch-Con news calls the building The Springs; its portfolio also uses Silo Springs. The five-story residential development forms part of the wider 17-acre Silo Village plan, which retains the silos as a central feature and contemplates later retail and additional buildings. Arch-Con is building the first phase, with design by PVEDI and Stantec. The broader district will develop in phases over approximately a decade.
