What we know
A 165-acre regional retail and mixed-use development at Interstate 10 and Texas Heritage Parkway. NewQuest’s plan includes major stores, restaurants, Heritage Grove greenspace, apartments and medical space. Construction continues in phases around stores already open. The developer targets early 2027 delivery for the greenspace and junior-anchor component.
