What we know
The RO is a 17-acre mixed-use development led by Transwestern. A Q2 2026 office-market report lists its initial roughly 145,000-square-foot office building as delivered, with Vitol among tenant commencements. Later phases remain under construction, including The Birdsall hotel/residences, The Clayton apartments, and a planned pedestrian retail village. Late 2027 to early 2028 deliveries remain forecasts for these later components, not completion of the entire district.
