What we know
Hunington Residential has begun construction of The Vic at Sunterra, a 279-apartment community at the entrance to Katy's Sunterra master-planned development. The October 20 groundbreaking follows the developer's September pipeline announcement. Apartments will range from 596 to 1,286 square feet, and residents will have access to Sunterra's Sol Club Amenity Village and Crystal Lagoon across the street. Dwight Capital reports closing approximately $47 million of HUD-backed construction financing for the project.
