What we know
Texas Medical Center announced a future Helix Park phase in November 2025 with a 250-room hotel, approximately 18,000 square feet of conference space and a 300-unit residential tower. Construction had been anticipated in 2026, but no independent confirmation of a start for these specific buildings was found as of November 3, 2026. Operating earlier buildings at Helix Park are separate from this unstarted expansion.
