What we know
Two Hermann Place is a planned residential high-rise overlooking Hermann Park. FBT Architects' design portfolio describes a revised 30-floor, approximately 500,000-square-foot scheme, with interiors developed by John Nelson while at Looney & Associates. Its design process reduced the earlier building's footprint and height. The 2019 announcement described a 32-story, 295-apartment tower by Tema Development and Nitya Capital. A current construction start, financing close and completion schedule have not been confirmed.
