What we know
Wellby Financial broke ground October 29 on a five-story, 102,246-square-foot headquarters on 9.5 acres at Baybrook Center near Baybrook Mall and I-45. The campus will consolidate administrative teams and include a member branch, collaboration and training spaces, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and a parking garage. Powers Brown Architecture designed the project, Griffin Partners is the developer, and Harvey Cleary is the general contractor. Construction completion is targeted for October 2028.
